Succession Planning!

Future Learning Community Leaders are being fostered by the City of Wyndham by dedicating one of its regular Community Building Blocks Programs to Learning Communities. The program, delivered by Victoria University, is sponsored by the City Council and is an important and effective strategy to ensure the

sustainability of its Learning Community initiatives. The Council is to be commended on its foresight in investing in its community's future in this way. We were pleased to be invited to present on Global Perspectives in Learning Communities to this large group of emerging leaders.
